Nap Chief raises Rs 2 crore in seed round led by Titan Capital

D2C kidswear brand Nap Chief has raised Rs 2 crore in seed round of funding from Titan Capital and other angels from Angel List India. The company will use the funds to develop the core team by hiring key talents for various roles and to expand the brand footprint.

Founded by siblings Raghav Gupta and Pooja Gupta in 2019, Nap Chief is based out of Coimbatore, the textile hub of India. With comfort as the main goal, the brand uses organic and sustainable processes to make it kid-friendly.

, “We are excited to build a 100% Made-in-India brand to challenge international labels selling in India. We rely heavily on our customers for feedback to make sure we consistently deliver.”

Nap Chief has grown rapidly by acquiring more than 10,000 customers on its website while being profitable at the same time. The brand is also available on all the leading marketplaces. Growing over four-fold since last year on a bootstrapped budget, Nap Chief aims to become a global brand by 2025.
